Thalapath or tuna cut in to cubes 300g
Onion sliced ½ no
Garlic cloves 2 no
Green chili sliced 1 no
Rampe 1 piece
Curry leaves 1 sprig
Turmeric ½ tsp
Raw curry powder 1 tbsp
Chili powder 1 tbsp
Crushed pepper 1 tsp
Thick coconut milk 300ml (Made using Knorr Real Coconut Milk Powder)
Water 100ml
Lime juice 1 tsp
Salt to tatse
1. Add everything in a pot. Bring to boil.
2. Then add the coconut milk. Stir well to dilute and bring to boil.
3. Finally, add the lime juice and the salt to taste. Serve hot.
