Healthy & Wholesome Moringa Curry

Prep time - 20 min Cooking time - 10 – 15 min

Serves 4

Ingredients

Moringa cleaned and cut 300g

Onion sliced ¼ no

Garlic sliced 2 cloves

Green chili sliced 1 no

Rampe 1 piece

Curry leaves 1 sprig

Turmeric ½ tsp

Raw curry powder 1 tbsp

Water 150 ml

Coconut milk (Made using Knorr Real Coconut Milk Powder) 250ml

Salt to taste

Method

1. In a pot add all the ingredients except the coconut milk.

2. Cook till the water evaporates, then add the coconut milk and boil.

3. Season to taste with salt and serve hot.
