Moringa flesh – 200g
Moringa leaves – A handful
Boiled dhal – 50g
Knorr seasoning cube – 1
Cooked rice – 400g
Oil – 3 Tbsp
Onion sliced – 1
Garlic chopped – 2 cloves
Salt to taste
1. Scoop out flesh from moringa. Chop if necessary. Heat oil in a pan. Add onion, garlic and sauté till fragrant.
2. Then add moringa and fry for few minutes.
3. Finally add moringa leaves, dhal and the knorr seasoning cube. Mix well. Season to taste and serve hot.
Add katurumurunga leaves as a substitution for moringa leaves.
