Thinly sliced kohila – 100g
Beetroot extract – 1 cup
Carrot sliced – 50g
Thinly sliced pathola – 50g
Knorr seasoning cube – 1
Cooked rice – 400g
Onion chopped – 1
Garlic chopped – 2 cloves
Oil – 2 Tbsp
Salt to taste
1. Dip kohila slices in beetroot extract leave for 5 minutes and squeeze out the absorbed juice.
2. Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and garlic. Sauté till fragrant.
3. Now add kohila slices, pathola and carrot. Mix well and add the knorr seasoning cube. Stir well to combine. Finally add cooked rice and adjust seasoning with salt.
Do not overcook vegetables. Stir frying is the best to retain the crispiness of veggies.
