Knorr Kathurumurunga Coconut fried Rice

Preparation Time: 10-15 minutes | Cooking Time: 10 minutes | Serves: 4

Ingredients

Cooked Rice 400g

Kathurumurunga leaves 50g

Knorr seasoning cube 1

Onion chopped 1 no.

Garlic chopped 2 cloves

Grated coconut – 100g

Boneless chicken small pieces 100g

Tomato cut into small squares - 1 Tomato

Lime juice – 1tbsp

Oil – 20ml

Pepper to taste

Method

1. In a pot add 20ml of oil. Add chicken and sauté for few minutes. Add garlic and onion sauté till fragrant.

2. Now add the Knorr seasoning cube. Coconut, kathurumurunga and cooked rice. Mix well. Add lime juice and mix.

3. Sprinkle tomato on top and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve hot.

Cut kathurumurunga leaves into small pieces to get the flavor out of the leaves.
