Chicken 500g
Coconut Oil 1tsp
Onion 1
Garlic 2 Clove
Ginger 1tsp
Green Chili 1
A Piece of a Pandan Leaf
A Sprig of Curry Leaf
Cardamom 6
Cloves 4
Chili Powder 4 tsp
Tomato 1
Cups of water 2
Knorr Chicken Curry Mix Pack 1
Salt to Taste
1. Heat oil in a pan and add ginger, garlic, onion, green chili, pandan leaves, cloves, cardamom, curry leaves and sauté till fragrant.
2. Add chicken, sauté, and add Knorr Chicken Curry Mix, chili powder, salt and tomato and mix well.
3. Add water and cook till chicken is cooked well and add the gravy.
