Serves: 4 or more
500g chicken on the bone
150g potato, thoroughly washed and cut with the skin
1 Knorr seasoning cube
½ onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, sliced
1 green chili, sliced
Rampe (pandan leaf) and curry leaves
1 large tomato, sliced
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon roasted curry powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1. Combine all ingredients in a pot except for the Knorr seasoning cube. Bring to a boil.
2. Allow the chicken and potatoes to cook thoroughly. Once done, add the Knorr seasoning cube and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
