Jack sliced 400g
Onion sliced ½ no
Garlic sliced 2 cloves
Green chili sliced 1 no
Rampe 1 piece
Curry leaves 1 sprig
Water 300ml
Chili powder 1 tbsp
Raw curry powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Coconut milk 300ml (Made using Knorr Real Coconut Milk Powder)
Salt to taste
1. In a pot add all the ingredients except coconut milk, bring to boil and simmer till jack is cooked.
2. Then add the coconut milk and stir well. Bring to boil and simmer till the desired consistency.
3. Season with salt to taste and serve hot.
