500g cooked rice
1 Knorr Seasoning Cube
2 tbsp oil
1 small onion, finely diced
1 inch ginger, grated
2 medium garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp green chilli, finely chopped
1 large tomato, chopped
1 large carrot, finely cubed
1 cup green peas, chopped
2 large eggs
½ cup coriander leaves, chopped
Salt to taste
½ tsp pepper
1. 1. In a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat, add the oil and saute the onions, turmeric, ginger, garlic, and green chilies until the onions are translucent.
2. 2. Add the tomatoes, carrots, and peas. Continue to cook for 3 minutes until the carrots are tender.
