Green Bean Curry

Beans 100g

Onion Finely sliced 10g

5 Garlic Cloves

3 Green Chillies finely chopped

Oil 7ml

Knorr Seasoning Cube 8.5g

1 Teaspoon Turmeric

Pandan Leaves

Salt for taste

Coconut Milk 100ml

1. Add oil into a pot, then add onion, garlic, green chilli & pandan leaves. Saute till fragrant (1 minute)

2. Add beans and saute for few minutes (2.5 minutes ). Add curry cube, turmeric, coconut milk & cook for few minutes (4 minutes)

3. Serve hot with plain white rice
