Pumpkin cut in to medium size pieces 250g
Onion ½ no
Garlic 2 cloves
Green chili sliced 1 no
Rampe 1 piece
Curry leaves 1 sprig
Turmeric 1 tsp
Raw curry powder 1 tbsp
Chili powder ½ tsp
Thick coconut milk 300ml (Made using Knorr Real Coconut Milk Powder)
1. In a pot add all the ingredients except the coconut milk and the Knorr Curry Cube.
2. Bring to boil and then add the coconut milk, bring to boil until the desired consistency.
3. Season with salt and serve hot.
