500g red cabbage
1 Knorr Seasoning Cube
50g Butter
150g Raisins
150g Almonds
100ml red wine
2 tablespoons honey
2 cloves garlic chopped
1. Melt Butter in a pan. Add the garlic and sauté till fragrant. Then add the cabbage and sauté for another minute.
2. Now add the red wine and cook over a low flame. When the cabbage is well cooked add the almonds, raisins and honey, sprinkle the Knorr Seasoning Cube and mix well.
3. Serve hot.
