Meatball cut into 4(each) 100g
Purple yam grated 200g
Cooked rice 500g
Carrot grated 100g
Onion chopped 1 large
Garlic chopped 1 clove
Margarine 20g
Pepper to taste
1. In a pot add margarine. Then add the meatballs, onion garlic and fry for 2 minutes.
2. Now add the grated the purple yam, carrot and cook for another minute.
3. Now add the Knorr seasoning cube, cooked rice and mix well to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
Mamon or Sweet potato can be used to replace purple yam.
