Cooked rice – 500g
Grated beetroot – 50g
Thinly sliced dambala – 75g
Slightly boiled dhal – 75g
Knorr seasoning cube – 1
Oil – 2 Tbsp
Eggs – 2
1. Heat oil in a pan. Add dambala and sauté till fragrant. Then add boiled dhal and the Knorr seasoning cube. Mix well. Then add rice and mix well.
2. Finally add beetroot and slightly mix to prevent rice getting red. Take from the stove.
3. Beat eggs separately and mix into the rice. Now heat a sandwich toaster and place tablespoon full of rice on each compartment. Close and cook till eggs get cooked. Serve hot or in a lunch box.
Add any cooked and chopped meat to make it more flavourful.
