Cooked rice 400g
Kohila diced 100g
Dhal boiled 50g
Dambala thinly sliced 100g
Knorr seasoning powder 7.5g pack 1 no
Chopped onion ½ no
Oil 20g
Pinch of turmeric
Chili powder ½ tsp
Salt to taste
1. Boil dhal with a pinch of turmeric and chili powder
2. Heat oil in a pan. add onion and sauté till fragrant. then add Kohila dhal and Dambala Sauté for another minute. Now add the Knorr powder, mix well to combine well with the other ingredients
3. Finally add the cooked rice, mix well and serve hot
