Cooked rice 400g
Knorr seasoning cube 1 no
Chopped onion ½ no
Chopped garlic 2 cloves
Thibbatu 150 g
Hendello 150g
Flour 100g
Turmeric 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Margarine 10g
Oil to fry
Water to mix
Tomato diced to garnish
Salt to taste
1. Add flour turmeric chili and a pinch of salt to taste. Add water gradually and mix well to make a smooth batter. Dip hendello in the batter and deep fry in hot oil. Chop coarsely and set aside.
2. In a pan melt margarine. Add garlic and onion. saute till fragrant. Now add the thibbatu and fry for 2 to 3 minutes. then add the chopped hendello
3. Finally add the knorr seasoning cube cooked rice and mix well to combine. season to taste with salt. sprinkle tomato to garnish and serve hot
